Fee Schedule Increases

Annual fee increases recommended

Let us know if you would like to increase your fees. While most fee schedules are only moving up a percent or two per year, January 1st may be a good time to do an across the board increase for your practice. Many physicians have contracted fee schedules that are calculated as a percentage of their Medicare fee schedule which typically increases each year. Commercial payers are also expected to modify usual and customary rates to reflect higher practice expense for the year. Annual fee schedule increases may also help your patients understand that your practice is a business like others that must raise fees when inflation and expenses rise.
