Update Your Forms to Improve Reimbursement

As coding complexity increases, it is very important to accurately record the codes representing services rendered. To capitalize on coding changes and avoid denials, a complete review and update of your office and hospital forms should be completed. CPT code changes are effective January 1st each year, there is no grace period. For dates of service January 1st and forward, deleted codes will be denied as unprocessable by all carriers.
