Illegible
insurance ID cards can cost you time and money.
Some insurance ID cards seem to copy very
poorly, copies are often completely black. This
causes time consuming follow-up with your staff
and patients. To avoid claim delays and
unnecessary requests for additional information,
please have your staff verify the legibility of
ID card copies.
Practice Management also has a fax feedback
letter we use when we receive poor quality
copies from your office. We’re hoping that this
feedback will help us avoid the issue in the
future.
