Did you bill my insurance?

Insurance is billed for all patients who provide information at their doctors office. The insurance carrier typically provides a detailed explanation of benefits to the patient in writing. Patients need to be instructed to contact their insurance plan first to verify that the claim was received and processed. Our office and yours should only be contacted if the patient has verified that the claim was not received by the insurance carrier. When the patients do contact us, we confirm their plan information including the plan name and address, identification number and group number.
